c. Ship the item(s) to the address provided with the RAN. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in the case of defective or damaged items.

 

d. Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days.

 

4. Refunds

 

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

 

5. Shipping

 

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item.
